Anti-LILRB4 Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LILRB4 (also referred to as ILT-3), offered by Antibodies.com. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–259 of human LILRB4 (NP_001265355.2) and has a predicted molecular weight of 49 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. According to the manufacturer, the reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is supported by 5 scientific validation images.
