Anti-LILRA4 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets human LILRA4, also known as ILT7, a class I MHC receptor expressed selectively on plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). Raised in rabbit, the reagent is supplied as 200 µl in a vial of unconjugated IgG and is validated for Western Blot detection of human LILRA4. LILRA4 signaling modulates TLR-driven type I interferon production in pDCs, and immunoblotting with anti-LILRA4 supports characterization of pDC-related signaling pathways in primary immune cell lysates. The unconjugated format allows pairing with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies in standard immunoblotting workflows and is intended for research use only.
