Anti-LIG4 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against DNA Ligase 4 (LIG4), raised against a recombinant human LIG4 immunogen and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated preparation is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total LIG4 protein and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species work in DNA double-strand break repair research. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
