Anti-LIG3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets LIG3, also known as DNA ligase 3. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications across human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human LIG3 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
