Anti-LIG1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against LIG1 and supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 565–790 of human LIG1 (NP_000225.1), and the target protein migrates at approximately 140 kDa.

Validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, with affinity purification used in preparation.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
