Anti-LHX4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to Lhx4, available from Antibodies.com, was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 121-390 of human LHX4 (NP_203129.1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is supported by 3 scientific validation images.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. In representative Western blot data, the antibody was used at 1:1,000 dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 25µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST blocking buffer, ECL Basic Kit detection, and a 90s exposure. Immunohistochemistry images show staining of paraffin-embedded human kidney cancer and mouse cancer tissue at 1:100 dilution (40x lens).

The antibody is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 43 kDa. It is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.
