Anti-LHX1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets LHX1 (LIM Homeobox 1), a LIM-homeodomain transcription factor best known for its role in early embryogenesis and specification of the pronephric kidney tubule, Müllerian duct, and motor neuron subtypes. The antibody is supplied as 100 µL of an unconjugated, 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.8, ready to dilute directly into standard western blot blocking and incubation buffers. Validation work has been performed on human, mouse, and rat samples, and the reagent is recommended for western blot detection of endogenous LHX1 protein in cell and tissue lysates. As a polyclonal, the antibody recognises multiple epitopes on the LHX1 target, which can be useful when probing for full-length versus processed forms of the protein in developmental and reproductive biology studies.
