Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against LHX1 and supplied as an unconjugated preparation. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 186-231 of human LHX1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of LHX1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, with stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 45 kDa.
