Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting LHB. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human LHB, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of LHB protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 15 kDa.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
