The Luteinizing Hormone Beta (LHB) protein is the hormone-specific subunit of pituitary luteinizing hormone, a gonadotropin central to reproductive endocrinology and gonadal steroidogenesis research. This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and recognises LHB from human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of pituitary function, ovarian and testicular signalling, and gonadotropin biology in Western blot workflows.
Supplied as a 100 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is unconjugated and ready to be paired with HRP- or fluorophore-labelled secondary reagents. The 50% glycerol cryoprotectant helps preserve antibody activity during routine refrigerated storage and limits loss across freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers investigating hypogonadism, polycystic ovary syndrome, or gonadotropin regulation can use this reagent to probe LHB expression in cell culture samples and tissue extracts.
