Anti-LGR6 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the internal region of human LGR6 and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human samples, detecting endogenous levels of LGR6 protein. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with an IgG isotype. For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
