Anti-LGR6 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes LGR6 (also known as GPCR LGR6). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 350–510 of human LGR6 (NP_067649.2), and the antibody was affinity purified. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The reported molecular weight of the target is 104 kDa.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
