Anti-LGI1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to LGI1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of the LGI1 target.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 301–557 of human LGI1 (NP_005088.1). The antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 64 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image accompanies the product.
