Anti-LGALS3BP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against LGALS3BP, unconjugated and supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 306–585 of human LGALS3BP (NP_005558.1). The target is observed over a molecular weight range of 75 kDa to 110 kDa. The product is supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
