Anti-LGALS1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Galectin 1 (LGALS1), supplied unconjugated as a liquid formulation by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–135 of human Galectin 1/LGALS1 (NP_002296.1). Raised in rabbit, the reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Prepared by affinity purification and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody recognises a target of approximately 14 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
