Anti-LFNG Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets LFNG (Lunatic Fringe) and is supplied as a 50 µl unconjugated preparation validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry across human, mouse, and rat specimens. The antibody detects the LFNG glycosyltransferase, an enzyme that transfers N-acetylglucosamine onto O-linked fucose residues within the EGF-like repeats of Notch receptors, thereby modulating Notch pathway signaling intensity and ligand selectivity. Delivered as a polyclonal reagent, the antibody binds multiple LFNG epitopes, which can be useful when probing samples where single monoclonal clones may miss alternative isoforms or post-translational variants.
