Anti-LFNG Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Lunatic Fringe (LFNG), a Golgi-resident β1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase that modifies the EGF-like repeats of Notch receptors and thereby tunes ligand selectivity in the Notch signaling pathway. Researchers use it in developmental biology studies of somitogenesis, segmentation clock oscillation, and boundary formation, as well as in investigations of T-cell lineage commitment, marginal zone B-cell maturation, and Notch-driven oncogenesis where aberrant fringe activity has been documented.

The reagent is supplied as 200 µl of IgG in a vial and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. For best stability, the antibody should be stored at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and is intended for research use only.
