Anti-Lfc Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the Lfc protein (also known as ARHGEF2, GEF-H1, or KIAA0651) and is offered as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The reagent is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, namely a synthetic peptide derived from the human Lfc sequence around the non-phosphorylation site at serine 885. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Lfc in samples from human, mouse and rat origin, and is validated for use in Western Blotting and ELISA applications. The buffer composition is PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and the manufacturer recommends storage at –20 °C, where the product remains stable for up to one year.
