Description
This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against LexA and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), IHC-Fr, and ICC/IF. The immunogen is recombinant full length LexA protein. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied in liquid form as antiserum containing 0.05% sodium azide.
Of the IgG isotype, the antibody reacts with Escherichia coli and Drosophila samples. For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:1,000 to 1:3,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
