LEPREL2/P3H3 is a 2-oxoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase that catalyzes 3-hydroxylation of specific proline residues within collagen triple-helix motifs, a modification linked to proper collagen folding and connective tissue integrity. The unconjugated antibody is suitable for immunoblotting of whole-cell and tissue extracts under reducing SDS-PAGE conditions.
