Anti-LEPREL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets LEPREL1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 400–700 of human LEPREL1 (NP_060662.2), and the target has a predicted molecular weight of 85 kDa. The antibody is supplied liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. A working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended for Western blotting.
