Anti-LEPRE1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets LEPRE1, also referred to as P3H1. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 497–736 of human LEPRE1 (NP_071751.3). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a molecular weight of 100 kDa, and is purified by affinity purification. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000.
