Anti-LEPR Antibody

Sourced through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and is designed to detect the endogenous leptin receptor (LEPR) across validated research workflows. The polyclonal antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to human LEPR and is provided unconjugated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Verified applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed in human and rat samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
