Anti-LEPR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Leptin Receptor (LEPR) and is supplied in unconjugated, liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1070–1165 of human LEPR (NP_002294.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported target molecular weight of 140 kDa. Concentration is lot-specific. The reagent ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
