Anti-LEP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to LEP (Leptin), unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. Offered by Antibodies.com, the reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–167 of human LEP (NP_000221.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. The recommended IHC dilution range is 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
