Anti-LEO1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting LEO1 (also referred to as LEO1/RDL). The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for use in Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 105 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 340–570 of human LEO1 (NP_620147.1). It is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
