Anti-LELP1 Antibody

Produced in rabbit as an IgG polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets human Late Cornified Envelope-Like Proline-Rich Protein 1 (LELP1), a proline-rich protein linked to keratinocyte cornification and the assembly of the late cornified envelope in stratified squamous epithelia such as skin and oral mucosa.

Validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples, the unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 200 µl liquid aliquot, providing enough reagent volume for multiple immunoblotting membranes and imaging experiments in epithelial differentiation research.

Because LELP1 expression is enriched in terminally differentiating keratinocytes, the polyclonal format offers broader epitope coverage than monoclonal alternatives and is useful for profiling late cornified envelope family members.
