Raised in rabbit against the human LELP1 target, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of ready-to-use antibody optimized for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows.

LELP1 (Late Cornified Envelope-Like Proline-Rich 1), also referred to as KPRP, is a proline-rich protein associated with keratinocyte differentiation and cornified envelope formation in stratified epithelia. The antibody specifically recognizes the human LELP1 protein, supporting detection studies in skin and mucosal tissue models where the target is most abundantly expressed.

Researchers apply this reagent to characterize LELP1 expression patterns during epithelial maturation, wound healing investigations, and keratinization studies. Each vial contains the affinity-purified antibody in a stabilizing buffer for short-term refrigerated storage and repeated use across multiple blot or imaging experiments, and it is compatible with standard immunofluorescence protocols as well as chemiluminescent or fluorescent western blot detection systems.
