Anti-LEG4 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against LEG4 (galectin-4), a ~35 kDa lectin target. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated, making it suitable for direct detection with secondary reagents. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61–110 of the human LEG4 sequence, and the reagent has been validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000) and Immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100) on human samples, with reactivity reported for human tissue. As a polyclonal of the IgG isotype, it provides a broad epitope coverage of LEG4.
