Anti-Lefty Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Lefty, generated in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The product is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to the C-terminal region of human Lefty.

The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with 2 scientific validation images supporting its use, and detects endogenous levels of the Lefty protein. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
