Anti-LECT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LECT1, manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with two scientific validation images referenced by the manufacturer.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 75-334 of human LECT1 (NP_008946.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Purification is by affinity chromatography and the concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
