Anti-LDLRAP1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against LDLRAP1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 59-308 of human LDLRAP1 (NP_056442.2).

The product has a molecular weight of 36 kDa and is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
