Anti-LDLRAD2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets LDLRAD2, also known as Low-density lipoprotein receptor class A domain-containing protein 2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting, ELISA, and Immunohistochemistry, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human LDLRAD2 (amino acids 130-179). It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The IgG antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by antigen affinity chromatography, detects endogenous levels of total LDLRAD2 protein, and shows no reported cross-reactivity. The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500~1:1000 and ELISA: 1:20000.
