Anti-LDHB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Lactate Dehydrogenase B (LDHB), available from Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western Blotting (WB). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-334 of human LDHB (NP_002291.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
