Anti-LDHA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets LDHA (L-lactate dehydrogenase A chain), an enzyme also known by the synonyms LDH-A, LDH-M, LDH muscle subunit, Cell proliferation-inducing gene 19 protein, and Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-59.

The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen was recombinant full length human LDHA, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of LDHA protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa.

Suitable for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
