Anti-LDB3 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-283 of human LDB3 (NP_001073585.1). Reported molecular weights for the target are 50 kDa and 90 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. LDB3 is reported to be group-enriched in heart muscle, skeletal muscle, and tongue.
