Anti-LDB2 Antibody

The target is SEPT5 (septin-5), a member of the septin family of nucleotide-binding proteins implicated in cytoskeletal organization and cytokinesis. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-369 of human SEPT5 (Gene ID 5413; SwissProt Q99719). Observed molecular weight is 43 kDa, with a calculated MW of 39 kDa/42 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2000 for WB, 1:100-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for IF. The product is supplied in PBS buffer (pH 7.3) with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol and is stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
