Anti-LDB1 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes LDB1 (LIM Domain Binding 1), a transcriptional co-regulator that mediates interactions between LIM-homeodomain transcription factors and their downstream gene targets. The rabbit-derived preparation is supplied as 100 µl of liquid, validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows on human samples.

LDB1 functions as a scaffolding adapter in erythroid and hematopoietic lineages, where it assembles multi-protein complexes with LMO and GATA proteins to regulate lineage-specific genes. The protein is also implicated in neural tube patterning and Wnt pathway signaling, making this antibody useful for developmental biology and stem cell research applications.

Standard uses include detection of endogenous LDB1 in whole-cell lysates and tissue sections by western blotting and immunostaining.
