Anti-LCP2 Antibody

The polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets LCP2 (Lymphocyte Cytosolic Protein 2, also known as SLP-76), an adaptor protein essential for T-cell receptor signaling and downstream immune receptor activation. Raised in rabbit, the unconjugated antibody is supplied in a 100 µl vial and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF) workflows, supporting detection of the target in human and mouse samples.

LCP2 is phosphorylated by ZAP-70 following TCR engagement, making antibodies against it useful tools for studying lymphocyte activation, signal transduction, and immune cell function in primary cells and cell lines. The polyclonal format offers recognition of multiple epitopes on the target, which can be advantageous when working with denatured samples for WB or with fixed tissue sections in IHC. For IF applications, the unconjugated format allows researchers to pair it with secondary antibodies of their choice, supporting flexible multiplexing experiments.
