Anti-LCP1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets LCP1 (Plastin L). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype. It reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human L-Plastin/LCP1 (NP_002289.2), and the reagent has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The reported molecular weight of the target is 70 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IP: 1:20–1:50. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
