Anti-LCN2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Lipocalin-2/NGAL (LCN2), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The target protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa, and the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is of the IgG isotype. It has been affinity purified using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 1-100 of human Lipocalin-2/NGAL (NP_005555.2). The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
