Anti-Lck (phospho Y505) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody specific for Lck phosphorylated at Y505, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around Y505 of human Lck (NP_001036236.1), with the sequence GQYQP. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 56 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
