Anti-LCK (phospho Y394) Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against LCK phosphorylated at tyrosine 394, and classified as a primary antibody. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around Y394 of human LCK (NP_005347.3), with the peptide sequence NEYTA. The antibody recognises a target protein with a molecular weight of 60 kDa and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
