Anti-Lck (L387) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised against the L387 epitope within the kinase domain of Lck, a Src-family tyrosine kinase central to T-cell receptor signaling. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) on human, mouse, and rat samples.

Because the reagent is polyclonal, it binds multiple epitopes on the Lck target, which is useful when probing the full-length ~56 kDa kinase in lymphoid signaling studies, T-cell receptor pathway investigations, and lymphocyte activation research.
