Anti-LCK Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets LCK and is validated for ELISA and Western Blotting (WB) applications. It is of the IgG1 isotype and supplied unconjugated.

The reagent was raised against purified recombinant human LCK protein fragments expressed in E.coli and reacts with Human samples. It is affinity purified and formulated in a buffer of 0.1M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
