Anti-Lck Antibody

Purified mouse monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against the Lck (Lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase) target. This unconjugated primary antibody is validated for Western Blot detection of the human Src-family kinase that initiates signaling from the T-cell receptor complex and shapes early T-cell fate decisions in the thymus.

Each 100 µl aliquot is supplied as a purified immunoglobulin in 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol for freeze-thaw stability during routine storage at -20 °C. The antibody is generated against recombinant human Lck and recognizes the kinase in denatured, reduced Western Blot lysates, supporting immunoblot workflows for both total-protein and phosphorylation-state readouts.
