Anti-Lck Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Lck from Antibodies.com, classified as a primary antibody and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of LCK protein. It was generated against recombinant full length human Lck and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with an expected target molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa.
