Anti-Lck Antibody

Produced in rabbit and affinity-purified, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets Lck, a 56 kDa Src-family tyrosine kinase that phosphorylates CD3 ITAMs and drives early T-cell receptor signaling. Recommended for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on the human, mouse, and rat orthologues, it supports studies of thymocyte development, mature lymphocyte activation, and TCR proximal events.
