Anti-LCK Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal IgG reagent targets LCK (Lck) and is supplied by Antibodies.com. Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supported by five scientific validation images. It is affinity purified from a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human LCK (NP_001036236.1).

Suggested working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The antibody recognises a target protein with a molecular weight of 58 kDa and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
