LBR (Lamin B Receptor) is an integral protein of the inner nuclear membrane that anchors heterochromatin to the nuclear periphery and contributes to nuclear envelope architecture. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and binds the human LBR target, supporting both western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on appropriately prepared samples. Researchers studying laminopathies, neutrophil nuclear lobulation, or nuclear envelope remodeling during the cell cycle commonly use this reagent to probe LBR expression and localization patterns in tissue sections and lysates. Each vial contains 100 µL of antibody in a single-use format, with the unconjugated format allowing users to couple it to their preferred label for immunofluorescence, chromogenic detection, or other custom assay needs. The polyclonal nature of the reagent expands epitope coverage, which is useful when detecting full-length and processed forms of the receptor across different sample preparations.
